Questions about TAMPERLOGS
Straight answers about chain of custody, integrations, and what's actually built today.
Getting Started
A chain-of-custody platform for physical and digital evidence. Every asset gets a hash-chained history of custody events (who had it, when, where, and why) so a tampered or edited record is detectable, not silent.
TAMPERLOGS uses PROVEiT! Flex pricing: a flat $110/mo platform fee plus the tracked-asset capacity you select, which includes a generous monthly custody-event allowance, active storage, and user accounts, with a discount for a 6-month or annual commitment. There are no named tiers and no startup, activation, or setup fee, and logging a custody event is never blocked. Configure exactly what you need, and increase it any time, on our Pricing page.
Join the waitlist to get access. Once your account exists, Organization Admin (in the profile menu) is where you configure integrations, SSO, and everything else covered in the Knowledge Base.
Assets & Custody
From Assets → + Add Asset, or scan it in directly using your browser's camera, no separate scanner app required.
Who took or released custody, the timestamp, and the reason for the transfer. Events are chained by hash, so editing or deleting a past entry breaks the chain visibly rather than quietly.
Integrations & SSO
Yes: a read-only API keyed with an
X-API-Key header, scoped to your organization. See API Keys & Integrations for the exact endpoints.Yes: OIDC-based single sign-on, configured per organization with an email domain that routes matching logins to your identity provider automatically. See Single Sign-On.
Yes, there's a Windows endpoint agent (no mobile agent). Generate an enrollment token from Endpoints, download the signed installer with Download Agent, run it on the target Windows device, and enroll it with that token. See Endpoint Agent for the full steps.
Notifications & Workflow
Yes: turn on the Alerts Digest from Organization Admin and it goes out automatically at 8:00 AM Eastern whenever there's something to report. A "Send Digest Now" button on the same page sends one on demand.
A simple internal contact list for repair/disposal vendors, used on Repairs and Dispositions instead of typing a vendor name by hand each time. It isn't a connected integration. There's nothing to authenticate or configure.
A Disposition records how it was retired and generates a certificate covering the full chain of custody up to that point.
